There are solutions everywhere, it’s just a matter of choosing the right ones, implementing them, and enforcing those changes.

Here’s one company’s solution to the problem of biker safety. It is not foolproof, and does not follow any specific law or ordinance, but it provides another level of visibility on streets that don’t have bike lanes, or that are not adequately lit.
