Yesterday our team started a five year visioning process. We came together to share our vision of Block Club in 2017. What are we doing? How are we working? Where are we working? How big is our team? What’s our life/work balance like? These are some of the questions that we started to answer yesterday. 

In the next few months, we’ll build a shared vision for the next 5 years of Block Club. It’s my hope that during those days and weeks when it feels like all we’re doing is laying stone, we’ll know that we’re all working towards building our shared cathedral.
